Symptom
The statistical data in transaction ST03N is incomplete. Each day, statistic records are
only collected for a few hours. However, transaction STAD displays statistic records for all
times.

Reason and Prerequisites
If you change the system time zone in a system, the workload collector has to react to this
change. Previously, this reaction did not occur, but it is implemented with this correction.

Solution
This note provides an advance correction for the class CL_SWNC_INDEX_CONTROL. You must also
check the time zone setting for all clients (including client 000) and refer to Note 926290.
A corrected version of the class CL_SWNC_INDEX_CONTROL is delivered with SAP_BASIS Release
7.10 and Support Package 9 for Release 7.00.
The correction instructions contain the corrections and a report RSSTATX6. Implement the
correction instructions and execute the report RSSTATX6 once to correct the time zone
entries for the workload data in the database.
If you have to correct the time zone entries for the workload data in the database in a
system with SAP_BASIS Support Package 9 or higher, use copy and paste to manually implement
the source code corrections (contained in the correction instructions) for RSSTATX6 in the
ABAP report RSSTATX6. Then, execute this report once to correct the time zone entries for
the workload data in the database.
