Symptom
There is no workload data in transaction ST03N or ST03.
• Some workload data is missing.
• When transaction ST03N is executed, it is possible that popup message ‘No system load data
available’ or ‘No workload data found’ is shown.

Environment
SAP Netweaver release independent.
Cause
The main causes are:
Job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is not running in client 000, with user DDIC or a user
with the same authorization.
1.Job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is not running in client 000, with user DDIC or a user
with the same authorization.
2. Time zone setting in client 000 is not same as Operating System’s time zone.
3. A program error.

Resolution
First, make sure the following settings have been done:
Job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR must always be scheduled in client 000 with user
DDIC or with a user with the same authorization. This job must run hourly. For more details, refer to
SAP note 16083.
1.In client 000, in transaction STZAC, change both “System Time Zone” and “User’s Default Time Zone”
to the same time zone as the Operating System. In case of questions when changing the time zone in
client 000, the component BC-SRV-TIM-TZ can be involved. KBA 1841468 shows further steps on
checking timezone settings in relation to ST03.
2.Normally, you can get workload data in ST03N after you complete above settings.
In case ST03N data is still missing even after the above steps have been completed, check the
following cases:
1. Refer to the SAP Notes 2319612 and 1049806.
2. If there’s no workload data in transactions ST03N and STAD, refer to SAP note 2167845.
3. If in transaction SM12 there is a lock in table SWNCMONIINDEX, refer to SAP note 2163015.
If only weekly data cannot be displayed and message ‘Incorrect period type’ is shown, refer to SAP
note 1848473.
4.If BI workload statistics are not shown or are incomplete in transaction ST03N, refer to SAP notes
1625354 and 2123640.
5.There are known program errors in SAP_BASIS 731, 740, 750 and 751. Make sure the SAP notes
2413555 and 2319612 are implemented in the system.
6.If in the log of the instance collector you see warning messages “Maximum number of rotations
reached”, refer to SAP note 2551269.
7.Ensure the TCOLL table is maintained correctly as described in note 966309 – Content of table TCOLL
in SAP_BASIS 700 – 7.02 and 7.31 – 7.56
8.Be aware that if the ST03 data was not collected correctly at the time, then it is not possible to get previous
data back retrospectively.
